New Patients

Yes, we are accepting a limited number of new patients. Because of limited availability, please call our office to schedule as a new patient (814) 954-5095. Please be patient as we work to hire an additional provider.

Please note that Dr. Josh Feldbauer and Dr. Morgan Huey are not accepting new patients at this time. Dr. Courtney Slack is currently accepting new patients on a limited basis with preference given to direct referrals from other healthcare providers and from the Veterans Affairs Office.

Shockwave Appointments

Because shockwave appointments can be useful for so many complaints, we work to book them with the most effective amount of time possible so that we never rush through a treatment with you. To book a new or existing shockwave appointment, please contact our office for assistance.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is reserved for you. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. For cancellations, rescheduling, we require a 24 hour notice. We ask that this communication be via phone call or email, not social media. Late cancellations and/or missed appointments are subject to a $25 fee for follow up visits and a $50 fee for new patient visits.

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather or office closures, our staff will reach out to you via phone and/or email in order to reschedule your appointment. If you are unsure if we are open or unable to get here due to weather related issues, please contact our office (814) 954-5095
