New Patients

Please note that Dr. Josh Feldbauer is not accepting new patients at this time. Dr. Morgan Huey is accepting new patients on a case by case basis with preference given to pregnant patients and those with a direct referral from another healthcare provider. Dr. Slack is currently accepting new patients. If you have any questions, please call us at (814) 954-5095.

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy:

Your appointment is reserved for you. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for a scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment. For cancellations, rescheduling, we require a 24 hour notice. We ask that this communication be via phone call or email, not social media. Late cancellations and/or missed appointments are subject to a $25 fee for follow up appointments and a $50 fee for new patient visits.

Inclement Weather

In the case of inclement weather or office closures, our staff will reach out to you via phone and/or email in order to reschedule your appointment. If you are unsure if we are open or unable to get here due to weather related issues, please contact our office.
